Budget growth since 2020
$59.8M
Wasted and excessively spent last year

Since 2020, the Flagler County general fund budget has grown from $92.5M to $202.7M — a 120% increase in only six years. Did your paycheck go up 120%?

Using normal budget growth — indexed for inflation and population — Flagler County's 2026 budget should have been around $143 million. Anything over that number means they wasted your hard-earned tax dollars… That's $59.8 million if you do the math.

If they wanted to, Flagler County could cut that excessive spending and give you property tax relief without harming essential services.
